Republican, liberal and conservative Americans have launched the "Tea Party." The Tea Party is a grass root movement that is touring the Unites States of America. This group is voicing concerns over the influx of Hispanic immigrants, health care reform, and the national debt. Due to the economic down turn and the election of Barack Obama, some European Americans are feeling a sense of loss. There is a feeling of hopelessness and helplessness among middle class Americans who are now faced with the prospects of poverty. The Tea Partyers asserts that they are loosing their country. They are terrified about loosing their rung on the latter of success. Conservatives are stoking the fires with rhetoric that goes against the true American values. America was founded on "Model Christian Charity" (Winthrop) that has made this country a forceful entity. The fore fathers devised a constitution that gives the federal government powers to fight wars and to protect our boarders. Protecting the boarders does not mean stopping immigrants who want to come to here in search of the "American Dream." Protecting the boarder is to defend United States citizens from foreign invasion. I can understand the desperation of European (middle class) Americans about not wanting to be poor, because its tough: moreover, I can understand African American (middle class) many have been poor and do not want to go back. If America is to be a great nation, then we have to bring back that "Model Christian Charity. There needs to be a redistribution of wealth. The class line need to be brought closer to the center. As long as there uncontrolled greed, no one will be able to afford the tea throw in the harber. Profiteers are readily available to sell t-shirts, serve five hundred (500)meal tickets to the forum, offer two thousand dollar cruises. Sarah Palin former governor of Alaska) will be a guest speaker for one hundred thousand dollars(100, 000). It seems as though one can make more money becoming an adversary against any reform.
